
Senior Construction Scheduler – Program Advisory (Data Center Portfolio)

- Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the owner’s program.
- Establish and implement schedule management frameworks for large-scale capital programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights.
- Prepare baseline schedules and supporting documentation for project team approval.
- Perform resource loading and leveling, and integrate contractor schedules into the IMS.
- Analyze schedule impacts, identify critical and near-critical path activities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor deviations and variances, and support the development of corrective action plans.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track and report project performance.
- Generate and present schedule progress reports, trend analyses, and forecasting dashboards.
- Maintain accurate records of scope changes, trends, and schedule risks.
- Ensure schedule data integrity and credibility throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams at all project stages.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and project controls on large capital programs.
- Demonstrated experience in Program Advisory roles, supporting enterprise-level or multi-project portfolios.
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and the Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Strong understanding of data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects (preferred).
- Experience working in complex matrix organizations and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
