
Sales Support Specialist

- Facilitate Account setup and creation in both Netsuite and Validic platforms.
- Responsible for working collaboratively with the Sales team to procure Billing/Pricing agreements with new customers.
- Act as liaison with our 3rd Party shipment warehouse, Validic, to investigate and resolve delayed, missing, and/or damaged packages.
- Auditing of Account Executive Trunk Stock.
- Responsible for customer and Account Executive follow-ups regarding Account Setup and/or Billing agreements.
- Receive and respond to all customer inquiries regarding simple inventory ordering, shipment tracking, and Account Executive on-hand Trunk Stock.
- Address questions and educate customers, sales staff, and patients.
- Redirect calls to subject matter authorities as defined in protocols.
- Document all calls or correspondences in company systems.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and decrease customer tension.
- Promote the value of Baxter cardiac monitoring.
- Must communicate in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner with good voice quality, dictation, and articulation.
- Identify, document, and escalate potential patient or customer complaints.
- When required, assists with inventory control including the intake and recycling of CAM heart monitors.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- (1+) years of experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, or Call Center position preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Excellent multitasking and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of multi-line telephone system
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with all internal and external clients
- Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
