Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - $2,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time PositionsJoin the HopeWest PACE team as a CNA to bring positive change to the lives of seniors in our community! You will assist with ADLs, meal preparation, other similar duties in accordance to each participants individualized plan of care in the comfort of their homes. You will establish meaningful relationships with your participants and colleagues, while coming to work knowing you are making a difference.What is PACE?PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes.   • Current Colorado CNA license, maintained throughout employment.
  • Experience working with older adults preferred.
  • A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and access to reliable transportation if working in the community setting
  • Proficient in computer programs, particularly Microsoft office products.
  • Current CPR certification is maintained throughout employment.
  • Ability to learn EMR charting systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effectively and respectfully communicate both verbally and in writing in a multitude of situations and settings, including highly emotional interactions.
  • Effectively work with and build relationships with others.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay structure starting at $18.50-$22.13 per hour, depending on experience and education. Differential pay for weekend shifts.
  • Full-time, 3x12 hour shifts
