Responsible for all labor, payroll, hourly evaluation, and employee issue resolution activities within the department. High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment 2+ years of people leadership experience Strong people leadership/supervisory experience Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing techniques World Class Manufacturing (WCM) experience is a plus Experience with diversity of ideas, opinions, experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives needed to foster a competitive global business environment Be able to resolve conflict in a respectful, confidential manner. Flexibility and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks Self-motivation to identify, analyze and work to find solutions to day-to-day issues Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic Ability to create, adhere, and accountability to uphold production processes Proficient with key computer programs such as Google, SAP and timekeeping
