
Reliability Engineer

- Creating and updating technical procedures and maintaining site standards and procedures current with Industry Standards.
- Supporting the Asset Engineers in Existing Plant Asset Condition (EPAC) assessments and actively pursue any actions needed to complete and maintain this study annually.
- Supporting the Asset Engineers in developing concepts for improvement such that they can be submitted to the Project Engineering Group for further development. This will involve taking ideas/concepts and performing initial front-end work to validate concept feasibility and provide technical focus for project path forward.
- Executing or coordinating low/medium impact/complexity Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) defining solutions for the selected bad actors and developing correction actions for significant unplanned findings (corrosion, extensive damages, etc).
- Creating and owning MOC's involves required roles and ensures technical reviews.
- Maintaining Documentum files (data books, data sheets).
- Preparing scope and frequency for Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and publishes reliability KPIs.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or electrical).
- Five plus years work experience preferably in maintenance, reliability, or operations in the petrochemical industry.
- Strong team player with the ability to communicate well with people throughout the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker.
- Excellent communication skills.
