- Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in digital account management, e-commerce, CX or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights from complex datasets.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Ascent, SimilarWeb, Stackline, Adobe and Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally involving marketing innovation, AI, or emerging digital technologies.
- Ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture thinking in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Subject matter expertise in digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, CRM, and On-Site display advertising campaigns
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can be accountable for results without direct control - orchestrating across teams to build and manage complex projects and influence all levels of leadership
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital-first, omni-channel campaigns
- Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization and planning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
