- Creating and defining channel strategies

- Building and executing Annual and Long Range Plans
- Identifying, leading, and developing talent
- Evaluating channel programs and promotions
- Project management, delivering on-time and within budget
- Creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for both multi-step distribution and retail channels
- Gaining followership by communicating a clear vision and driving accountability
- Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, or comparable discipline; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Proven experience managing a P&L
- Experience obtaining & translating end user requirements into successful products and/or services required.
- At least 5 years of experience motivating, coaching, and developing a marketing team.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven application of analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting /financial skills
- Track record of developing and executing strategic plans that drive organic growth
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate
- Ability to learn and apply the unique ITW Business Model
- Able to hire, develop, retain and engage great talent
- Able to provide strong leadership
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
