Senior Solutions Architect/Team Lead

• Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Serve as the escalation point for the technical team, addressing complex issues and providing expert-level support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive technology solutions for our clients, including networking, servers, virtualization, email maintenance, and migration.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and business objectives, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to optimize performance and customer experience.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and delivering managed services, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in networking, servers, virtualization, and firewalling technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.
• Ability to adapt solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

• Previous experience in management or team leadership roles.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
