  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocall.
  • An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
You will need:For Audiologists
  • Must have Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying
For Hearing Instrument Specialists
  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying
  • High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
  • Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
