- Responsible for dispatching, triaging, and working NOC tickets according to processes and procedures.
- Monitor and support on-prem servers, endpoints, and network devices.
- Alert stakeholders to network outages or service degradation.
- Ensure on-prem network devices and servers are up-to-date with patches.
- Manage on-prem backups and assist with remediation when issues arise.
- Create and maintain documentation, including network diagrams.
- Develop and implement network policies, standards, and procedures.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in on-prem environments.
- Serve as the primary contact for proactive client communications during outages.
- Lead vulnerability management and patching efforts for on-prem networks.
- Assist engineers with PowerShell scripting and network automation.
- Support on-prem backup management and disaster recovery processes.
- Develop scripting and automation for on-prem network management.
- Perform other duties as needed to support on-prem networks.

- Customer onboarding to management systems
- Software management and deployment
- Scripting, PowerShell, CLI, etc.
- Two (2) years of IT or related experience.
- Security+ CE Certification or IAT Level 2 equivalent.
- Network+ CE Certification.
- Administrative skills in several operating systems, such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
- Proficient in Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Administrative understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure.
- Basic networking, supporting, and monitoring of firewalls, switches, WAPs, endpoints, servers, etc.
- Administrative experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Administrative understanding of on-prem network infrastructure.
- Experience managing antivirus at an administrative level.
- Strong customer communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and technical personnel in high-stress situations.
- Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development.
- Ability to identify and evaluate trends in industry best practices and policies.
- S. citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check.
- Basic Microsoft, CompTIA.
- MD-102.
- Server+.
- Experience supporting VDI environments.
- Experience supporting Linux.
- Experience managing SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Power tools.
