Turner Industries Group is looking for NCCER or NCCCO certified Crane Operator for full-time maintenance work in the Decatur, AL area.Crane operator will be responsible for operation of various power driven and hydraulic machinery which are used to move materials. Responsibilities include providing crane lifting and rigging support in addition to equipment preventative maintenance and inspection.

NCCER or NCCCO certification required
Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Must have valid Driver's license
Must have current physical

Job Requirements:Moves hand and foot levers to control diesel, electric, gasoline or steam-powered operating equipment; interprets hand signals to determine where materials are to be placed; reads and interprets load charts; may assemble or disassemble equipment or material on construction projects; may be required to manipulate equipment on unlevel working surfaces; may perform maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines/equipmentQualification Standards:

High school or equivalent
Preferably one (1) to two (2) years of experience in specified skill
Pre-employment qualification test if applicable
Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
Hazard Communication orientation/test
Turner Industries Group LLC Indoctrination
OSHA approved corrective eyewear (Z87)
Job site orientation
Job site "Personal Protective Equipment" requirements (hearing protection, safety glasses, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.)
