- Communication with suppliers for load scheduling.
- Administer billing, load allocations and trip tickets.
- Ensure all required paperwork has been completed and is in good order.
- Completing monthly generation reports for suppliers/vendors.
- Creating monthly rental / baler charges, AP manual voucher spreadsheet and entering miscellaneous invoices.
- Compiling and completing End Of Month closing duties.
- Completing and posting Sales Accrual data.
- Completing Brokerage Sales Accrual data.
- Completing JE Stats Accrual (purchase & sales tons).
- Intermediate level competence with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Preferred 1+ years of administrative experience.
- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy and tact when interacting with other employees and customers.
- Good organization skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work on multiple administrative tasks; ability to effectively communicate department policies and procedures.
