We’re hiring a Project Manager to support the delivery of solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this role involves EPC oversight from contract negotiation through project closeout.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Maintains a complete understanding of all contractual obligations for the project and documentation of deviations
- Ensures the project team and all associated subcontractors understand and adhere to the client contract, related exhibits, and project-specific agreements.
- Allocates budget, costs to date, forecasts cost to completion, procurement, and materials management.
- Perform light engineering reviews using AutoCAD and PVsyst
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and EPC partners
- Travel to sites (approx. 25%)
- 4–5 years in solar project management, preferably with a developer
- Track record of end-to-end management on 3rd Party-owned solar assets with challenging topography, technological requirements, and permitting hurdles
- Understanding of Production Modeling software and key variables that can impact PV array output
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and PVsyst
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Experience or familiarity with AgPV a strong plus
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
- Job costing or accounting software experience
