DescriptionAs the Senior Project Manager, Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing a team of professionals responsible for the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will ensure project success, client satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role combines technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to drive our water/wastewater projects to successful completion. We also want you to bring innovative ideas to our projects and clients on treatment systems to improve efficiencies, lifecycle costs, maintenance, and other benefits.Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager role is responsible for managing and coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution. Prepares financial work plans and serves as a primary client liaison.Job Responsibilities
Create, direct, and oversee strategic plans for overall success throughout the project lifecycle. Establishes project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
RequirementsRequired Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required.
10+ years of experience
Preferred Education & Experience
Proven track record of successfully managing or task-led treatment projects.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Stay current on new technologies, equipment, and treatment innovations
