You'll coordinate and deliver job coaching, support employment goals, and build professional relationships with employers and community partners. Provide direct and indirect job coaching and employment support.
Develop individualized plans and apply training techniques to strengthen employment skills.
Collaborate with employers, families, and agencies to support successful employment outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure program compliance.
Support team members when needed and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (ACRE or CESP preferred).
At least two years of experience in Supported Employment or Pre-ETS.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Creative problem-solving and a person-centered mindset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel locally.
