The role partners closely with both the commercial team and cross-functional supply chain to deliver metrics that include case fill, OTIF (on-time, in-full), event execution, reverse logistics, bracket pricing compliance, cost savings, and financial deduction management. The role will also lead strategic initiatives and collaboration both internally and externally.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish applicable scorecards internally/externally to address opportunities and course correctionDevelop and communicate analytics to support supply chain improvements and effectivenessPartner to execute against strategic opportunities and deliver Advantage Survey resultsIdentify ways to create flexible supply chain options/tools and resources that enable sales growthMain point of contact for all supply chain activities between sales, the customer, and SCJ supply chainManage and improve strategic vendor status with Target CorporationOptimize inventories to maximize store in stock and DC days of supply while remaining under inventory dollar goalsForecast item needs to minimize cuts utilizing sales history and current inventoriesKey Metric responsibilities include:OTIFPromotional event executionBracket pricingCost savingsDeductions managementItem setup accuracyCustomer DC and Store inventoriesStore in stock and DC service levelReverse logisticsAdvantage survey resultsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGUniversity Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree and 3+ years relevant experienceMilitary experience considered in lieu of education requirementQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSUniversity Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Business AdministrationMinimum of 5 years' experience working in Supply ChainPrior experience working in the CPG or Retail industryProficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, intermediate in Excel, Tableau, SAP, and ability to learn and utilize customer systems and dataPrior customer facing experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organizationProactive, decisional, goal and results orientedAn assertive yet collaborative and team-oriented leadership style with a sense of urgencySkilled in problem solving, plan development and priority settingWillingness to take a position and to persevere in the face of challengeJOB REQUIREMENTSFull-time office environmentRemote work is available once a week for eligible employeesBENEFITS AND PERKSSC Johnson's total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
