Duration: Full time/Direct Hire onsite Monday through Friday - 6am-4:30pm; Often Saturdays 8am-12pm depending on the amount of work
Client: Machine Repair and ServicesCompany is a service provider for top pump manufacturers with over 100 years’ experience. Having the experience to assist with:

  • Replacement Parts
  • General Machining, Welding & Fabrication

  • Dynamic Balance
  • Laser Alignment
SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a skilled and precise Manual Machinist( not CNC) to set up and operate Manual Horizontal Boring Mills, VTL's, and/or lathes. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with minimal supervision. Candidate must also understand how to read mechanical blueprints, perform calculations, and make cuts with precision to meet quality standards. Experience or previous training required with the intent of increasing skills during employment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set up and operate manual controlled machines based on part configuration
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications
  • Understand and comply with industry regulations
  • Read and follow blueprints or original components to manufacture new parts
  • Regularly clean machinery and equipment as needed
Schedule:
10 hour; 1st shift; M-F. Saturdays typically morning shift. Additional overtime as required.
Candidate must be able to reliably commute to Twinsburg, OH 44087 on the daily.Estimated Min Rate: $52000.00
