- Sell high-value capital mechanical projects in the $5M–$50M+ range
- Targeting general contractors and real estate developers
- Generating leads and developing a robust pipeline
- Working both in the field (meetings, job sites) and office (coordination, follow-up, strategy)
- Proactively identifying and solving issues as a project executive
- Understanding local market dynamics and competitors
- Handling smaller “special projects” under $2M with potential for growth into larger capital sales
- Ensuring punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism
- 5+ years of proven capital sales experience in mechanical, MEP, or heavy commercial construction
- Track record of selling projects in the $5M–$50M range
- Deep knowledge of the local market and competitors
- Outgoing and driven personality with strong business acumen
- Comfortable interfacing with executives, developers, and general contractors
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and align internal resources for project success
- Willingness and ability to split time between office strategy and field engagement
- Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and executive-level professionalism
