- Provide support for DAR events including creation and management of data records.
- Coordination of mailed and electronic invitations.
- Development and organization of materials to execute programs.
- Primary phone receptionist and information resource for alumni, parents, and friends of Grinnell College
- Manage, create, and produce alumni and donor relations general correspondence including celebratory cards.
- Coordinate inaugural volunteers' process with the President's Office and development team.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year or more experience
- Champions diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Highest level of confidentiality maintained.
- Detailed oriented andwell organized
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, including grammar and spelling.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strength in developing relationships with internal and external partners
