
Restaurant Assistant General Manager $65K +

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory, and financial tracking to achieve goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and team morale.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations, conducting regular audits and upholding sanitation protocols.
- Support sales initiatives through customer service excellence, promotional activities, and menu execution.
- Monitor budgets, labor costs, and P&L elements to contribute to profitability.
- Resolve guest concerns swiftly and foster positive relationships within the community.
- Step in as acting GM when needed, handling scheduling, vendor relations, and operational improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast casual or quick-service restaurant, such as Assistant Manager or Shift Leader.
- Solid understanding of restaurant systems, including POS, inventory management, and scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local health codes and food safety certifications (ServSafe preferred).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the US and located in or willing to relocate to Spokane, WA.
