- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Checking medical and dental eligibility
- Medical records requests and support for the scheduling coordinator and medical/dental billers
- Supporting with credentialing as needed
- Assist the Clinical Team in managing equipment inventories and ordering
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Assist Business Development Team in research and preparing marketing materials for proposals
- Support Executive Team in achieving the company’s vital factors.
- Support compliance training
- Handle accommodations requests
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional and positive under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously
- Ability to put the good of the team ahead of the good of one person
- Proficiency in Office 365 Outlook, Word, and Excel in addition ability to learn specific corporate specific software
- Excellent proofing skills, reviewing contracts and materials to be published
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills
- Have or be able to obtain a Notary Public license
- Always look for opportunities to and work closely with department heads to create and implement policies and procedures to help the company become more efficient and effective
