ROLE DESCRIPTION:State Farm Insurance Agent located in Groveport, OH is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Billy Tecklenburg - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle customer inquiries related to insurance coverage and policy changes, help with billing accounts, and assistance with insurance claims.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
  • Follow written procedures for in-office processes and complete daily work as required.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able/willing to obtain).
