What We Offer: * Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates * Relocation assistance for qualified candidates * Competitive industry compensation * Monthly incentive/efficiency bonuses * Paid training * Health, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurances * 401(k) Retirement * Company-paid life insurance * Paid Time Off * Holiday Pay * ASE and CDL reimbursement- medical recertification * Paid uniforms Job Requirements: * Must be committed to customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude * High school diploma/GED preferred * Minimum of 3 years of diesel repair and maintenance experience in heavy trucks/fleet dealership or shop environment * One or more factory trained certifications is preferred * International manufacturer experience is preferred * Possess own tools to perform work on all systems on diesel equipment * Knowledge on A/C system, brake system, emission systems, air systems and diagnostics/troubleshooting of diesel engines * Basic computer skills with the ability to use diagnostic programs * Must have a valid CDL or capable of obtaining a CDL * Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and MVR check Responsibilities: * Operate service trucks on day to day operations. * Diesel Technician / Heavy Truck Mechanics will perform quality repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Truck and Diesel Engines as specified in manufacturer designed procedures or accepted industry practices. * Work on trailers * Diesel Technicians / Heavy Truck Mechanics will accurately complete all paperwork including repair information on work orders, information for state and emission inspections, etc. * Dedication and adherence to all company and industry safety standards * Perform a wide variety of repairs, maintenance, installations, replacements, preventative maintenance and diagnostic tasks for various makes and models of semi-trailers in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional and safe manner in accordance with all Company policies Required experience: * Diesel Technician / Heavy Truck –Trailer Mechanic: 3 years * Required license or certification: * Trailer Mechanic experience * ASE electrical and Air Brake System certification * CDL Preferred * Certified welder a plus Mechanic, Technician, Service Mechanic, Service, Trucking, Heavy Technician, Master, Engine Technician, Master Tech, Master Technician, Service Tech, Tech, Truck Tech, Truck Service Tech, Transportation, Heavy Equipment, Express Tech, Truck Engine, Power Tech, Generator Technician, Tire Care, ASE Master, ASE, Heavy Duty Truck, Entry-level Tech, Diesel Generator Technician, Level A, Level B, CDL, Diesel Tech Mechanics
