
Senior Manager, FreeStyle Libre Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships

- Design, define and execute the US digital health ecosystem strategy for the FreeStyle Libre CGM franchise
- Contribute to the US partnership strategy by driving the search, diligence, contracting and operational processes for new agreements
- Execute and advance new and existing data sharing initiatives, including app integrations to use Libre’s CGM data to support improved clinical decision-making and behavior change
- Launch next generation FreeStyle Libre digital products spanning patient, clinician, B2B audiences by collaborating with a large, cross-functional commercial team
- Manage, coach, and develop a high performing digital health ecosystem team
- Advance and manage the digital health analytics
- Work cross functionally with market access, regulatory affairs, medical and clinical resources to deliver on critical baseline marketing deliverables to support the US organization
- Conduct market analyses, develop business cases, tactical and strategic plans
- Adhere to all compliance and regulations
- Bachelors Degree
- Six years of commercial experience with a minimum of four years in a commercial managerial role including, product marketing or business development
- Deep knowledge of digital health and diabetes management landscape
- Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, market analytics capabilities
- Execution-oriented with a proved record of commercial results
- Previous experience with product development, marketing strategy, or business development
- Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working across functional areas (ex. R&D, Regulatory, Operations, etc.) and at varying levels of the organization.
- MBA or alternative advanced degree
