For more information about the company, please visit our website at .JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technicians. Our Technicians troubleshoot, maintain and repair small to large commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Our technicians are reliable, work well independently and have the motivation to get jobs done with little supervision.REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 or more years of experience including (but not limited to) diagnosis, service, start up and repair of commercial HVAC systems. COMMERCIAL HVAC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
  • Experience with chillers, boilers, overall mechanical systems. Controls and Building Energy Management System experience is a plus (especially specific experience with Automated Logic systems).
  • EPA certification is required
  • Have the standard tools of the HVAC trade to be able to perform the job effectively
  • Detail oriented along with the ability to work well under pressure with field personnel, building owners and representatives alike
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Be available for on-call shifts on a rotating basis
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and carry/climb all types of ladders
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Basic computer skills
SALARY RANGE
  • $28-$40/HR.
