This analyst serves as a liaison between IT and all UFHCF physician practices; is able to comprehend a wide variety of clinical and system issues with varying degrees of technical complexity, and has the ability to conceptualize and build workflow templates. The analyst has strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. The analyst has a keen attention to detail and proven analytical and problem solving abilities.This is a Full Time Day Shift position.Mon-Fri 8-5pmoption to work remote after 2-4 months of training completed but must reside in Florida QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree PreferredLicensure/Certification/RegistrationEpic Ambulatory certification or obtained within 6 months of hireSpecial Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
Two years of physician practice experience and with a practice billing and EMR system required
