  • oversees the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. They coordinate with subcontractors, manage project schedules, and resolve any issues that arise on-site to keep the project moving smoothly.
The Project Manager will take ownership of ground-up construction projects with a primary focus on tilt-wall, aviation, and large-scale distribution center facilities. This role is responsible for all project phases from preconstruction through closeout and requires strong leadership, scheduling, and client management skills. The Project Manager will lead an on-site team and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:Lead overall project delivery for tilt-wall/aviation/distribution center projects from $25M-$100M+Coordinate with internal estimating, scheduling, and field operations teamsManage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout the construction lifecycleMonitor cost reports, schedules, change orders, and quality assuranceServe as the main point of contact for the client, architect, and consultantsEnsure project execution aligns with company safety and quality standardsProvide leadership and mentorship to Assistant PMs and Project EngineersTravel nationally and remain on-site for project durationPlease note that this is a traveling role.
