Location:Phoenix, AZSalary Range:Competitive and based on experienceIntroductionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Architect. This role focuses on leading the migration and data architecture strategy for our contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, particularly within contact center environments, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 8-10 years of experience in data architecture
  • Deep knowledge of the Genesys data ecosystem, including InfoMart, UCS, GAAP, SpeechMiner, WFM, and Routing
  • Strong experience with the Five9 platform and its data architecture
  • Proven expertise in contact center migration to CCaaS platforms
  • Ability to design and implement data solutions supporting CCaaS migrations
  • Define and lead data strategy for migrating historical and real-time data to the cloud with minimal disruption
  • Understand and analyze Genesys data models and develop data mappings to cloud-based equivalents
  • Collaborate with data architects to ensure reporting continuity and regulatory compliance
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Experience with AI/ML teams to define and drive automation use cases and their implementation strategies
  • Experience with vendor evaluations and selection processes for CCaaS and AI solutions
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and recommend data architectures that minimize impact on downstream systems during CCaaS transition
  • Partner with IT, customer service operations, business teams, and external CCaaS vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to understand their contact center needs and identify potential downstream application impacts
