Tiger Analytics is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm.   • Acts as project manager - monitoring the program from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules. Gathers input from the project team and develops a plan independently for projects of moderate to significant scope, which may include novel products or services.
  • Uses established tools, approaches/methodologies, and templates to guide and document the plan and communicate it to the team. Gathers feedback from the team to revise and complete the plan as needed.
  • May lead multiple limited-to-moderate scope projects simultaneously, or manage part of a larger program directly or through oversight of less senior program managers. Programs may be moderate to complex in nature, or they may involve a single large program with cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
  • Oversees the work of the project team (indirectly supervises), involving members from a wide range of disciplines, including application engineering.
  • Assists with the coordination of deliverables and project assets to assist the project team.
  • Strategic Planning & Tracking – Develop a comprehensive plan with the vendor (Data Poem), create a Publicis integration roadmap, RAID log, and tracker for the One Demand Measurement Data Hub initiative.
  • Project Delivery & Reporting – Coordinate delivery and performance reporting for data automation & quality workstreams using agile principles. Update CDO leadership on weekly program status, NA & steerco reporting.
  • Change Management – Build a comprehensive plan to support Publicis agency change to the full suite of CDO portfolio (one demand area).
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in project management and application development.
  • Experience in deploying enterprise-level applications.
  • Release Management, Change Management, and Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of concepts with program management approaches, tools and methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in PC based documentation tools, including MS Office and MS Project
  • A team player and self-starter.
  • Previous work in a cloud-based service, such as Azure or AWS, is an asset
