CNA Job Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), youll be on the front lines of patient care. Key duties include:Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.)Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditionsMaintaining a clean, safe, and supportive care environmentCollaborating with nursing staff and healthcare teamsProviding emotional support and companionship to residentsDocumenting care accurately per facility standards
CNA Requirements:
To be eligible for this exciting CNA job in Clayton, NM, youll need:Current and valid New Mexico CNA licenseMinimum 12 years of CNA experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care settingCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationA passion for compassionate care and strong teamwork skills
