As a Software Development Engineering - Professional II, you will analyze and convert financial data from competitive banking software systems to our Fiserv Premier platform. You will work as a member of an internal installation team that interacts with our client associates to gather needed artifacts to efficiently and successfully convert their financial data.What you'll do:Project analysis to determine conversion and implementation requirementsProvide consultation to the client during the conversion and implementation processPerform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:1+ years of experience in software development, experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages.1+ year(s) of experience with SQL.1+ year(s) of experience with Agile methodologies.3+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or finance and/or equivalent military experience.Experience that would be great to have:Experience in the financial services or banking industryPrior software application conversion and/or implementation experienceFiserv Premier Core knowledgeHow you’ll work:
