This position will coordinate all care from first call to group start date, manage the group census, oversee all agency records requests or releases, and cover other clinical services as required.Schedule / Expectations: This position has flexible schedule abilities. The Assessment Coordinator can work 4, 10-hour days. This could be a hybrid-remote position with the expectation of working 3 days at the Toledo location and other days at home. This position requires 2 evenings per week.Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities· Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments with children & adolescents· Integrate trauma-informed care and holistic approach with all clients· Collaborate with all referral sources regarding client care· Organize all start dates for group and individual treatment for all new patients· Coordinate beginning/end of treatment services and manage group roster· Track all incoming and outgoing releases of information and records requests for facility· Participate in peer:peer reviews or insurance information requests as necessary· Assist during crisis situations by following agency protocol· Complete all documentation within the electronic health record, meeting all productivity and clinical requirements· Complete all tasks within ethical standards of conduct and in compliance with HIPAA regulations and guidelinesPOSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS1. EDUCATION: Requires minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or a related Behavioral/Mental health field from an accredited college or university.2. EXPERIENCE: Previous pre/adolescent behavioral health counseling/therapy experience preferred. Previous pre/adolescent group therapy experience preferred CBT/DBT desired3. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Requires active license, in good standing, to practice as a Social Worker/ Counselor in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).4. KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE: Excellent written and oral skills. Current knowledge of mental health practices. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
