This role offers direct involvement in design coordination, value engineering, fabrication planning, field operations, and final erection. You’ll partner with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver complex commercial, industrial, and data center projects on time and on budget.Work alongside senior leaders with 30+ years in the structural steel industry while gaining exposure to fabrication processes, shop operations, and field installations. You’ll manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation while driving collaboration between designers, detailers, and field crews.
