
Maintenance and Reliability Manager

- Create a Reliability Centered Maintenance base culture that has top to bottom ownership of equipment stability and reliability across the location
- Develop and Implement Equipment Reliability Standards such as Equipment Maintenance Plants, Criticality Analysis, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, CMMS, and Condition-based Monitoring
- Develop a culture is data driven and uses key maintenance related KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, Equipment Uptime, PM Compliance, etc. to drive continuous improvement
- Lead the efforts in performing criticality analysis and determination of risk priority numbers for the site's assets
- Coordinate the implementation of the reliability-based maintenance strategies
- Lead the efforts in performing RCM/FMEA on critical assets
- Perform the RCA's on contributors to yield, utilization and capacity losses (attributed to equipment, processes, etc.)
- Execute the identification and resolution of chronic failures
- Create system to understand and optimize asset life-cycle costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance reliability, or engineering technology from an accredited institution
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a Maintenance and Reliability leadership role

- Master's degree in business administration, or Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of maintenance reliability experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with various personnel in a variety of settings (shop floor, peers, plant leadership, etc.)
