  • Current Physical Therapy license
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with physical therapy assessments, treatment planning, and implementation
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a post-acute setting, preferably in a nursing home environment
  • Certification in specialized areas, such as geriatric physical therapy or wound care
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT)
  • 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a post-acute setting
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient locations as needed
