We are seeking an experienced Estimator with at least 5+ years of proven expertise in public estimating and bidding for large-scale public construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to join a respected general contractor with a strong pipeline of public work across New Jersey and New York City.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and prepare detailed cost estimates for large-scale public construction projects.Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to produce accurate bids.Manage the full bidding process, including quantity take-offs, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, and proposal submissions.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership to develop bid strategies.Track and evaluate historical cost data for future project pricing and forecasting.Review contract documents to identify risks, scope gaps, and compliance requirements.Ensure all bids meet public procurement standards and are submitted accurately and on time.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
