- Unit: 5th Floor Orthopedics Med/Surg Telemetry
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- End Date: January 19, 2026
- Contract Duration: 18 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm 7:30am)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 $1,910
- Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required for travel nursing jobs
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license (required for Ohio nursing jobs)
- Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications
- Recent Epic EMR charting experience (within last 6 months)
- One recent supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry specialty (manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or charge RN)
- Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in unit-based assessments and required orientation modules
- Float to similar nursing units as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including badging and fingerprinting prior to start date
