Our client in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, is hiring Production Technicians to operate mechanical wire-forming equipment and help produce high-quality steel wire components. If you have manufacturing experience or a strong mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you.Why Join Us?Earn $18.00 per hour while working a steady, full-time scheduleMonday through Thursday shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with three-day weekendsOvertime opportunities available on FridaysComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid vacationWork in a clean, organized manufacturing environment with a strong teamKey ResponsibilitiesOperate mechanical wire-forming machines such as drilling, bending, pressing, chamfering, and cold heading to produce steel wire componentsRead and follow job-specific instructions, including routing cards, standard work procedures, and quality alerts, to ensure product accuracyMonitor machine operations, load components into fixtures or automatic feeding devicesInspect finished parts visually and using precision measurement toolsRecord production data and report quality or machine issues to supervisorsPerform general production tasks as assigned to support the teamWho Should ApplyWe are looking for candidates with:Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred but not requiredMechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quicklyStrong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic math skills for measuring and recording production dataPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and use hands to handle materialsOccasionally lift or move up to 50 poundsGood vision, including close-up, distance, color, and peripheral visionTake the Next Step – Apply TodayThis is your chance to build a career in manufacturing with a company that values its employees.
