We employ fast-paced, interdisciplinary engineering design teams to implement next-generation products for our national security customers.Recent products include: custom high-voltage regulator design, dense circuit cards for telecommunications and data storage applications, and developing unique telecommunication systems using cutting-edge components. Some of our products will fit on your fingertip, others in the palm of your hand, while some require a ship for transport. No two of our projects are quite alike, and this affords our engineering team with a variety of interesting, challenging, and relevant assignments.Join a cross-functional engineering team designing, integrating, and testing advanced electrical systems for mission-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop innovative solutions, and gain mentorship from senior engineers with decades of experience across multiple disciplines.Responsibilities:Perform analog and mixed-signal circuit design and analysis using tools such as Hyperlynx (Power Integrity & Signal Integrity) and LTSpiceDesign high-voltage regulators in compliance with safety and design rulesDevelop digital backplane designs (e.g., 3U VPX) in accordance with VITA/SOSA standardsLead circuit card design including architecture, assembly, and component selectionSupport R&D activities from concept through prototyping and testingTroubleshoot and verify electrical performance to meet stringent requirementsStay ahead of technology trends and apply them to new design architecturesQualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related STEM fieldExperience: 5+ years (or Master’s + 3 years) in electrical designClearance: Active DoD Secret clearance requiredRequired Skills:Proficiency in circuit card design and mixed-signal circuit analysisExperience with analog, digital, and high-voltage power systemsFamiliarity with VITA and SOSA compliance for backplane designsStrong troubleshooting and testing skillsPreferred Qualifications:
R&D experience in concept development, modeling, and prototyping
