Schedule: Days • Rotating WeekendsJob DescriptionOverviewJoin a 230+ bed acute care hospital serving the Panama City area with advanced cardiovascular, interventional, and stroke services. The Cath/IR team supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment backed by the area’s only Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI & Resuscitation, Level III NICU, and dedicated adult/pediatric emergency services.ResponsibilitiesPrepare procedure rooms; verify equipment readiness and radiation safety standards.Scrub/monitor/circulate for diagnostic & interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures.Perform hemodynamic monitoring, image acquisition, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.Assist with patient transport, positioning, and post-procedure care per protocol.Maintain sterile technique; manage supplies/inventory and room turnover efficiently.Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and anesthesia to ensure patient-centered, efficient care.Support quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives for the lab.QualificationsRequired1+ year recent experience in Specials, Vascular, or Cardiac Cath Lab.Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license.Associate degree (or equivalent) in Radiologic Technology.ARRT (R) or RCIS credential.BLS at hire; ACLS within 60 days of start.PreferredAdditional Cath/EP cross-training; strong hemodynamics and interventional device familiarity.Experience with complex coronary/peripheral interventions and contrast reactions.Additional InformationBenefitsComprehensive total rewards including medical/vision/dental, prescription & behavioral health coverage, telemedicine, 401(k) with 100% match (3–9% based on years of service), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (10% discount), paid time off & leaves, disability coverage, education assistance (tuition, student loan, certifications), wellness/EAP, and recognition programs.
