Job Description:Medical Recruiter Position SummaryPlans, develops and implements recruitment strategies for assigned departments/job classes. Provides a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers on recruitment and staffing issues. Works with hiring managers to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesEstablishes relationships with hiring managers; executes recruitment strategies to include sourcing candidates through ATS, social media and building a pipeline through schools, employee referrals and community events.Must be local to the area. The Medical Recruiter position offers a hybrid work schedule. You can expect to work 1-2 days in office per week and the remaining days will have the option of working remotely. As the Medical Recruiter, you will also be responsible for planning and leading hiring events and attending local career fairs.THE RECRUITER CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.Education Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experienceExperience Required: 2 years of recruitment, HR or salesTenet Healthcare complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire, including assuring references, drug screen and background checks are completed on all candidates who have accepted positions
Develops and tracks an effective pipeline of candidates and manage candidate flow throughout process.
Identify when there is a need to execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business need, to include all internal and external resources available.
Establishes, cultivates and maintains solid working relationships with hiring managers, external relationships and other internal recruiting partners
Provides Taleo support to day to day hiring managers as needed. Manage multiple site recruiting efforts.   • Proven abiliity to successfully execute a full life cycle desk and manage recruitment projects.
  • Clear understanding of recruiting processes and systems.
  • Ability to train recruiting processes and systems as needed
  • Demonstrated creativity and success in executing recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques to include: cold calling, networking, advanced internet searches, using search agents, boolean search techniques, alumni associations/college, non-traditional media, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in various employment laws and compliance issues
  • Strong problem solving and negotiating skills; reaches out and operates as a team player
  • Strong ability to influence and persuade - sales skills
  • Self-starter who can work with Hiring managers and Regional HR Directors in remote offices as well as independently without close supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Windows environment, specifically Excel and Word, is mandatory
  • Experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems required.
  • Progressive thinker, able to integrate best practices
  • Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service to Hiring Managers and Applicants
  • Ability to multitask, excellent time-management skills

  • 4-year college degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare, financial, or call center related organization with multi-site responsibility
