- Technical Support
- Provide technical service support via phone, email and on-site visits.
- Warranty Processing
- Process warranty claims following established procedures and parameters.
- Operations Assistance
- Diagnose and repair inventory/customer units and perform technical tests.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Track cases in Saleforce and document service procedures and repetitive failures.
- Assembly and Logistics
- Assist in the assumbly of compressors and loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 4+ years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
- Diesel mechanic associate degree or certificate preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and OEM diagnostic software
- Technical proficiency with diesel-driven construction equipment, specifically air compressors
- Ability to read wiring, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and diagrams
- Solid understanding of J1939 Protocol
- Ability to develop reports, work instructions, training materials, and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
