Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal representation in a variety of business disputes
  • Manage cases efficiently, conduct research, and draft legal documents
  • Draft precise substantive pleadings and argue motions in court
  • Manage negotiations and mediation
  • Develop effective legal strategies and collaborate with the team
  • Act as an advocate for clients, protecting their rights and interests
