- Efficiently manage daily staff needs to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
- Effectively communicate and present results to senior management across various departments and geographical locations.

- Promptly respond to internal and external auditor requests to maintain compliance.
- Review and approve monthly account reconciliations with precision.
- Analyze monthly balance sheets, income statements, and budget variances, providing insightful summaries to upper management.
- Collaborate with operations and accounting teams, offering guidance on operational transactions to ensure accurate financial accounting.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the review of system annual standard costs and implement changes as required.
- Assist in the monthly review of project budgets to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for reporting and data analysis automation.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, providing valuable insights for upper management review.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and cost accounting projects as required.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of three years of experience in accounting, auditing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, Snowflake, Power BI, and Alteryx is considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with manufacturing standard cost environments is preferred.
- Dedication to meeting customer requests and adhering to required time commitments.
- Ability to connect manufacturing activities, system transactions, and processes to financial outcomes.
