We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical projects, with a focus on renewable energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a passion for sustainability and green energy solutions.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for renewable energy projects
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement efficient and sustainable electrical systems
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for projects
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex electrical issues
Monitor project progress, quality, and performance to ensure successful completionRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management
Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Valid electrical contractor's license and certifications
