By joining our team, you will contribute to producing and delivering every form of salt that enhances everyday life.Job SummaryAs an SAP CO Solution Lead, you will be a key player in the Morton intelligent enterprise team that helps to discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options and makes recommends to our internal customers. As a lead you will align technology and business strategy working together with our internal customers gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology, SAP best practices, business changes to achieve defined business goals.You will also support the knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of our global business.You'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
  • SAP application design, development, integration, testing, deployment and support for the current SAP ECC environment and the future S/4HANA environment.
  • Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.
  • Implement newly improved FICO and cross-functional business processes based on business requirements.
  • Support the current SAP ERP ECC Environment and prepare for a transformation to S/4HANA.
  • Strong SAP configuration/set up knowledge and business processes in Controlling and Finance areas including, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (PA / COPA), Product Costing (PC) including Standard Costing, Material Ledger, Overhead Costing and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
  • Experience in supporting SAP FI module components such as GL, AR, AP, Special Purpose Ledger, Open Text, Bank reconciliation, FSCM, Fixed Assets.
  • Experience with integration points between SAP FICO, SD, and MM modules in ECC 6.0 environment.
  • Provide training and support to end users on SAP FICO functionalities, best practices, and business processes.
  • Experience with designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems.
  • Experience on integration to SAP and related products, such as Vertex, Paymetric, Ariba and Concur is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Travel as needed up to 25%. Additional travel possible depending on location and projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in SAP Controlling and / or Finance.
  • Confident and client facing personality with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management highlighting strong planning, coordination skills and leading practices.
  • Experience and desire to work in a transformative environment that requires travel depending on location and projects.
  • Experience in master data and its role in enabling systems.
  • Experience with functional design and configuration of IT Applications.
  • Experience with end-user support for SAP and non-SAP systems providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Speaking / Writing in Spanish and / or French are a plus.
  • Familiarity with S4/HANA architecture, features, and migration strategies especially on FICO aspect is highly helpful.
