Outside Sales Representative

- Engage with pre-qualified leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Cultivate fresh business and revenue streams through proactive outside sales efforts and strategic cold calling initiatives.
- Work alongside the recruiting team to ensure they have all the required information to successfully source and recruit for the customer/job/project.
- Support the sales and growth efforts of the sales reps/ account managers daily.
- Interface directly with customer stakeholders through the entire lifecycle, continuing with site management once the project begins.
- Track weekly activities with the workforce on the project, collecting timesheets and managing expectations with the workforce and the customer.
- Track activity in our CRM (SalesForce)and leverage LaborWorx software to manage pending/active jobs and weekly rosters.
- Communicate with internal departments such as recruiting and finance to ensure the customer project goes smoothly and the workforce is paid accurately and on time.
- Meet with customers as needed, either in-person or remote
- Participate in job site onboarding with the workforce, either in-person or remote
- Promote a spirit of healthy competition and drive success among their teams.
- Manage multiple customer stakeholders.
- Establish a plan for growth and expansion, identifying opportunities for additional staffing solutions at current and upcoming customer projects or job sites.
- Email — Daily/Weekly updates, updates for clients, delivery of material to clients
- Slack — Team-wide communication, client groups (if requested), quick announcements
- Zoom — Meetings, presentations, stand-ups
