- Perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment as required.
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established quality specifications.
- Work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team goals.
- One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use measurement tools, such as microscopes.
- Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours and maintain punctual attendance.
