📅 Projected Start Date: August 1We are currently hiring CNA/CMA (Or Med Manager) professionals to provide compassionate end-of-life care in a small, peaceful facility that serves 10 or fewer hospice patients. This home-like setting allows for a more intimate and supportive care environment, with a staff-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:4.Job Responsibilities:Provide daily personal care and support to hospice patientsAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs)Administer medications as directed (for CMAs/Med Managers)Monitor patient comfort and report changes to supervising staffMaintain a clean, safe, and supportive environmentOffer emotional support to patients and their families during this delicate timeQualifications:Must be CNA and CMA/Med Manager certified in the state of IowaPrevious hospice or end-of-life care experience is a plus but not requiredCompassionate, dependable, and patient-focusedWe are looking for individuals who can work collaboratively with facility staff and are open to being interviewed by the facility prior to placement to ensure a strong fit.If interested in this position, please apply at https://ctms.contingenttalentmanagement.com/shortstaffedusa/workforceportal/login.cfm or send your resume to scmed@shortstaffedusa.com and we will be in touch!
