Billing Representative - Part-Time

- Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
- Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Assist customers with billing-related questions and provide excellent service
- Process payments and monitor outstanding balances
- Work closely with the Accounting and Customer Service teams to support billing processes
- Maintain organized records and documentation of billing activities
- Assist with special projects and reporting as needed
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or a related administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in accounting/finance a plus
